Worst property management. I am still stuck with my lease at green valley parkway. I tried to add stuff to make my business work and the property management would not even bring it up to the owner they just rejected anything I tried to do to make my business profitable. Town and country green valley is falling apart, most businesses are closing. I rarely saw security, my store was broken into. Most horrible experience and the property management do not even care or try to work with the business owners to try make things work and stay longer. I asked several times to put my name on the pillar and never allowed me even after some of the businesses already closed and did not remove their names off. It was ridiculous.

As a new tenant, I have been experiencing some challenges with my lease and encountering miscommunications regarding the overall processes and usage of my space. Furthermore, there seems to have been a miscommunication between the property management and the leasing agent, which has resulted in me being unfairly penalized. I believe that this management company has made it difficult for me to find solutions, as they consistently highlight my flaws and problems, despite my sincere efforts to maintain and address any issues to the best of my ability. I have consistently experienced disrespectful behavior, including name-calling and belittlement, instead of receiving the assistance and support that I require. I run several businesses in Las Vegas. This is the most unprofessional property management association I've dealt with and all the years that I've lived here. Voicemails and calls will go own responded to for weeks if not months. No explanation has been offered as to why issues that have come up with my space haven't warranted any kind of response. I'm writing this review and hopes that sun property will take some action and take care of their clients.

My agent was not very professional there were countless times my phone calls were forwarded and never returned. I had been working with my agent for 4 months before I was sent an email stating they did some resesrch about the commercial restaurant industry and could no longer assist me. I tried to call my agent twice before receiving the email, but they didn't answer my calls. I have never been treated so poorly under contract with a broker I broke no rules nor was I a problematic client. I sent the broker several properties in that time that I wished to view. However, the agent at times said they never even viewed the properties. I feel as if I put more effort in finding properties just to be discarded without notice.
