It’s Home! The apartments have received an amazing upgrade! The new management has made so many beautiful changes. Lucy is incredible, down to earth, and friendly and she works tirelessly to brings a warmth and charm to the property! Clean, pet friendly, quiet and convent! It’s near so many local stores and schools! I love living here and you will too!!!

1. Roaches, even when you get SERIAL CONSECUTIVE times of treatments in my apartments, you will never get rid of them. 2. Noise, there is a guy always be breaking the rules here and disturb the neighbors just because his mom is the manager here, he gets away with it... whenever reports are sent and complaints are made, she denied of hearing or knowing about it. 3. Irresponsible manager, very nice at first when you signed the lease, but afterward whatever is being complained about the issues in the apartments, she turns it into an argument and finds reasons to blame it on you. 4. Privacy concerns, if you have a roaches problem (sure you will), you either suck it up to spent and keep the numbers of them down or saying nothing and get a violation warning or have someone come in to spray your

The apartment is not a great place to live in. The roaches craw out at night staring at you after several times doing pest control. The management is not friendly and always shows bad attitude when they get a complaint from tenants. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

Had a pleasant time applying for a unit and meeting the unit manager Lucy. Made the process easy to understand and let me know exactly what I needed to qualify.

I meet the requirements to move in but the only thing that stopped me was the Grant I received from the state and I let the apartment managers know that but they're looking at it as it's a check stub. The reason for the one star of this place is the discrimination
