Horrible experience, we liked a house in crystal spring draper utah , we called the Summit Sotheby's International Realty, with a short conversation she transferred me to the agent Lori , the call went to her vm , I did text her if she is available to show us the house . I asked in 20 minutes, she responded yes , I drove by and waited 20 minutes, called her twice no respond , text her , she texted me back for whatever reason she will be in the property in 20 minutes, Okay, another 20 minutes, she called me and started ask me all those nonsense questions, do you have your approval letter? I can't show now because all those excuses after excuse , I told her, if you can't make it ,why you did not tell us before , and we were not westing our time , she hung up! I just want to publicly warn people about using this company for any housing property rentals. I have never dealt with such unprofessionalism due to a two month ongoing issue with the heat in my unit. My space heater that is installed had issues from the very beginning. It was leaking fluid that I had to have a bucket to catch it with. That issue was addressed but right after my heat went out. After 6+ appointments, 3+ no-shows, miscommunication from Summit to the HOA manager of 336 W. Broadway Avenue, the issue was not resolved which ultimately ended in me terminating my lease. Not only was it not resolved, I have never been treated more poorly in my life.
