Summit Ridge

So far, I’ve been very disappointed with this apartment complex. Since I’ve moved in, which was October 4, my apartment has had a bug infestation. They’ve sprayed once toward when I first moved in and yet there are still bugs?! I’ve submitted two work orders now. Ants and now giant roaches. It’s disgusting and unsanitary living conditions. If this wasn’t bad enough, their leasing consultants expect you to wait on their pest control throughout the day. Unfortunately, this is just a couple of the issues I’ve already had living here.

Would not recommend to live here if you have more than one vehicle. They only give one permit so your vehicle will end up getting towed if you can’t find visitors parking. Office people will tell you that you can park anywhere as long as it is not reserved parking which was not true. If you don’t want to be paying almost $400 each time don’t live here. They do not care at all it does not matter if your vehicles are on the lease. THEY NEED MORE VISITORS PARKING IF THEY ARE NOT GOING TO BE GIVING OUT MORE PERMITS!!!!

10/10 recommend. Great affordable apartments. Office staff and maintenance very friendly and active when something needs to be taken care of.

I’ve had a wonderful experience since moving in! A nice, quiet environment, with lots of open space, and beautiful green landscaping. I’ve never had any issue with management, or any of my neighbors. In fact, I’ve had wonderful interactions with the helpful staff that work on-site and in the office. Maintenance is quick to service work orders, and in the event that something happens outside of work hours, they have on-site maintenance that will also do their best to solve any issues. The pool is always clean, and the laundry rooms are a major help when you can’t get to the laundromat for a quick load. Overall me and my pup have enjoyed our experience here thus far and would like to recommend anybody seeking a quiet, comfortable location to reside in, to come in and check it all out for you

I have been living at Summit Ridge for just over a year now. I love the complex. The apartments are very roomy. The office staff is amazing, very friendly and helpful. Routine pest control and landscaping. There is a lot of open space which is great for walking my dog (very pet friendly here). The numerous trees is ideal in this recent hot weather. If I had any complaints it would be that parking can sometimes be a challenge, but it's only due to the directional location of my apartment building. I would recommend Summit Ridge to anyone looking for a comfortable and quiet place to live.
