I have been renting with summit rental management for over 3 years now, they are the best management I've ever rented from!!! Karen goes above and beyond, the house we rent has been taken care of and shes always available or returns calls if you need anything done. We are so happy to have found a wonderful house to rent, and if your looking for a property management company or rental this is the place to go! Karen is so kind and down to earth and knows what shes doing, its nice to know that she takes pride in her work and is helpful in the process it can be hard trying to find a good place and we couldn’t be happier!

From the initial search for a property through our entire time renting from Summit Rental Mgmt, Karen was exceptional. She was honest, fair, treated us well and was very responsive. The house we rented was clean and well maintained, When we left, the process was fair. It was a very good experience at a time in our life when we were quite vulnerable. Highly recommend.

Karen is just awesome! She made finding a rental easy and hassle free! She is always on top of things and is one of the friendliest people I have met since we moved! She cares about her tenants and has the most respect for them. We tried using a different rental company before we met Karen and it was a total nightmare! They didn’t care about the people only about the money coming in. So glad to have found Karen.

I cannot say enough good things about Karen- From my first contact with her she was polite, knowledgeable, and willing to help me find the perfect home for my needs. She has gone to the ends of the Earth to ensure my move-in was seamless. But it didn't stop there- she has been a huge help beyond my initial move-in! She continues to be super-helpful and accommodating as I get settled into the neighborhood, and I am confident I can count on her to always be there if I ever need anything! Karen is awesome, we were in a bit of a complicated situation, and she helped my husband and I make it out of it smoothly. Everything was done quickly, our deposit came back amazingly fast, she communicated with me along the way. She tries her best to help you out. And is very nice and personable. I would highly recommend her :)
