I’ve rented through Summit for a little over a year now. The kids and I are very happy here. The team is responsive, we’ve had no problems, solidly good experience all the way around.

I will start off by writing the office I went into smelled, I was not offered a place to sit, when I sat down to read the contract; I was not given a a clipboard to keep all the paperwork together. The questions I did have about the contract the answers were vague, The man, Lucas was dismissive, and came off to me as annoyed at questions I did have. Not impressed at all with company, I can only hope I can live in peace and without regret. There are other problems with this company, it’s too long to write about. I do not like this company.

Ive rented and lived in the same house through Summit since 2015. (3516 evergreen) offered a $200 discount for a 4 star rating but then forgot my name and how long i was there at put last inspection 😑 sooooo here it is!!! In this time we have had very little contact save for any situation that benefits them. No yearly inspections or general "Management" of property. House had the Landlord special with bad patch jobs and paint work. Yellow painted walls covered with white while also not being taped off leads to a poor overall living space. Smoke detectors that were 10 years old. A yard covered with Morning glory vines and glass. Two times our water heater went out in seperate winters and boths times it took 3+ days to fix. Easy application, quick and effective background screening, and lease signing process was a breeze. I love how I can pay my rent and submit maintenance requests through the app. I also like my unique rental.
