My move-in Experience to Summit Pointe was the easiest and most efficient move by far Thanks to Elton’ guidance and direction. He is such an enjoyable guy to work with and helpful with anything I asked help with. Super patient and very easy going and always with a smile and helpful hand. Thanks to everyone here at Summit Pointe including the property manager, Elton and the maintenance guys for making my move safe, efficient and the smoothest move I’ve ever had thanks to everyone at Summit Pointe! Been at this apartments since 2022 and never had any issues the management has changed couple times and the current management is the worst one.would not take work orders. Needing my AC fixed in march and they say it’s not AC season yet to fix it and won’t fix until May. This is what told from Clifton who is part of property management. I pay electricity and rent for the unit if I need fixed now it’s needing fixed. Doesn’t matter for you it’s not season for AC. Just needing fixed and we will take care of it.

I love dealing with the Apartment leasing office and maintenance. Elton is amazing when it comes to communication and making sure the person that he’s communicating with matters. He makes the Apartment feel like home and he is always there to help out. I highly recommend when looking at these apartments to communicate with Elton..

Terrible terrible place to live. Management is awful. Never answers calls or emails. Visited friends here a few months back. Luckily, they no longer live here. There are dogs barking all day long and night anytime anyone would walk by and management did nothing… do yourself a favor and don’t rent here. It was an okay place to live but it’s gone down hill fast!
