Summit Point

I lived at Summit Point for three years and recently purchased a home. I removed my previous review during lease termination negotiations. Now that my account is settled in full, I am reposting an accurate summary of my experience. During my tenancy, I dealt with: • Ongoing pest issues, including roaches and carpet beetles, requiring multiple in-unit pest treatments (“bombings”). At one point, I was told management had “gone above and beyond” for me. • Leaking windows that took months to address. • Drainage problems that caused swamp-like conditions after rain. • AC failures during summer, with indoor temperatures exceeding 80°F. • Mold in vents requiring cleaning. • High utility bills. I had an amazing experience working with Aileen at Summit Point Apartments. From the very beginning, she was professional, kind, and truly went above and beyond to help me. She walked me through the application process step by step and made everything feel simple and stress-free. What really stood out to me was that she gave me a $1,500 credit — something she absolutely didn’t have to do. That level of care and willingness to help speaks volumes about her character and how much she genuinely looks out for people. This apartment complex is extremely cheap when it comes to the quality and how they resolve issues. It is way too expensive to be this inferior. The only good thing about this place is that it’s in my children’s school district. I needed a place in a pinch and man I wish I would’ve waited a little longer to find a better quality place. It’s sad really they can charge over $1000/ month for something this lousy. Also the floor plan has the upstairs neighbors directly above the downstairs. With absolutely zero insulation between the two and the actual stairs running THROUGH the downstairs apartment. I had a great experience with Summit Point’s property wellness as well as the friendliness of the community and even staff members! Everyone is always welcoming, considerate and concerned especially when me or any other resident needing some assistance. I highly recommend this complex as a safe, secure and friendly space of living. Summit Point has a lot of various assets to offer as a resident as well. Overall I have no bad things to say, definitely a 10/10 experience and the best experience I’ve had with any other apartment complex community and staff!

Anna, Ann, and Brandon helped us so much! We were taking out trash and was gone for less than a minute and our fur baby locked us out. Neither of us had a key. They cut a key for us right away. Thank you so much! Highly recommend living here!
