Lived here for a year- my experience was great! Staff cares about keeping everything maintained and I have nothing but kind things to say about the office staff and maintenance staff. I loved how lively the community was and how friendly my neighbors were. (Upstairs neighbor was a little loud, though.) Overall this place is beautiful, clean, and cozy. Staff was always willing to help with any concerns. Thankful to have called this place home even for just a short time.

Update: 3 summers later and the clubhouse and second pool are still not open. All those pictures you see on the website are false advertising because that building is not open to residents. Also, trash is still not getting picked up and the office is so tired of taking complaints, they told us to just call valet living ourselves. But they're still charging us for trash pickup. Current resident warning potential residents. We moved in because of the price ($1359 base for 2 bedroom) but it’s not worth that and definitely not worth the increased prices now. We were told in February that the 2nd pool would be open this summer, key cards would be given out and the gym would be open more hours (previously 9-9). Second pool is still closed (new furniture arrived in July and they clean the pool

WORST PLACE TO LIVE DO NOT MOVE HERE first off there’s never parking for residents it’s always packed . and in the lease they don’t inform you about noise they make sure to take you on tours of the place in the early day when everyone is at work so you can’t see how it really is I’ve been here for some time and the noise I hear is absolutely ridiculous the courtesy hours here are at 9PM but residents will be loud all through out the night and the biggest problems is when you bring it up the the manager in the office she acts dumb don’t say nothing don’t do nothing . you can come to her about a problem and she will try her hardest to flip it around and now make it seem like your the problem I have rude neighbors they actually are never quiet no matter the time or day it is or what day of th

This is a pretty good place to live. It's quiet and all of the neighbors are super nice. The management staff can be a little fine-happy sometimes, though. They fine you for leaving your trash can out every now and then ($25 a pop), but then leave the dumpster area looking like the attached photo for 2 or 3 days. Hypocritical much? So, I'd say 4.5 to the apartments, 2.5 for staff.

If you are considering renting an apartment here, DO NOT expect to get your deposit back!!!!!. Also, if you are renting and about to move out, don't bother to clean the place up. They will make up anything they can to make sure you don't get it back. It a gimme! I rented an apartment here for my daughter and grandson for one year. On Christmas Eve, the apartment flooded due to a frozen water pipe in the bathroom. When they came in and took care of the burst pipe, they ruined the carpet in the bedroom doorways and messed up the padding underneath so that there was no padding left. When she moved out, the mess of a carpet in the bedroom doorways was counted against her although it was of THEIR doing. Before she moved out, we asked for the paint color so we could repaint any spots on
