Summit Park Communities

I've lived at Summit for four years now and I've thoroughly enjoyed my time here! Recently I began the process of switching to a bigger unit and Summit leasing, especially Paige, has been exceptionally helpful. I've had endless questions and bugged her non-stop to prepare for my move and she went above and beyond to help me during the process. I'm staying at Summit for the amenities, the flat rate utility fee, location and responsive maintenance team but the leasing team/Paige's patience and kind assistance solidified I made the right choice to continue living here.

I just moved into my apartment last week and it has been great so far! I want to give Neissah a big shout out, since it at all started with her. She gave me a fantastic tour which ultimately led me to choose Summit Park as my new home. In addition to Neissah, the whole leasing staff has been great and made moving in stress free.

Living at Summit Park has been a great experience with all of its resort-like amenities. But it’s the people that make this place shine. Brad and Jamir from the maintenance team have been super friendly and helpful, even giving me a jump start one hot summer afternoon. Sam and Veronica from the club house are always good for a conversation and are full of fun ideas. But the leasing office stands out. Sam, Abrenee, Bridget, Tom, Marissa, and Sarah, and Miguel have made me feel like this was an extended family. They even tried to set me up as a way to keep me from moving away. Thats above and beyond! I’ve enjoyed my time and would have stayed longer if not for other priorities. I would highly recommend!

Been living at Summit Park Communities since June and have to say the experience overall has been stellar thanks to the great staff. The hospitality, and support they offer. A definite standout has been Neissah, she's always been extremely generous and will not hesitate to help you with anything you need or answer any questions you have. Supremely responsive! My experience here would not be the same without her!

Neissah Hyppolite was such a 5-star leasing consultant! She has literally been an angel sent after my very rough unpleasant morning apartment hunting. I really enjoyed her aura of positivity and upbeat energy. She is a vibe and made me feel so welcomed and ready for this next cornerstone of my new era of new life, new beginnings, new career and most of it, the potential possibility of my NEW MOVE with Summit Gardens very soon.
