I've been here a little over 3 years and just renewed another lease. My teen daughter and I love it. Great location. Close to everything. Chris in maintenance is amazing. You don't have to wait for things to get fixed like other places. They take work order requests seriously! Grounds are kept clean! No issues and neighbors are very friendly. New management with Tony and Ted is fabulous! They seem to truly want everyone to have a positive experience here!

I have been living at Summit on Central for going on 5 years. The community is well up kept. I feel like the lawn care people are here every week(not in a bad way). Chris the maintenance guy is the best ever ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. I have never went more than 24 hours with my request not fixed no matter what the issue. Thanks Chis. Now that Brittany the miserable leasing lady is gone. Hopefully the new office staff is better. I love this community, its small, and always improving for the better. I also feel safe here. Thank you Summit for making me always feel at home 🏡

My experience at Summit on Central has been nothing but fantastic! Everyone here is very friendly and I love seeing the amount of dogs walking around to show how safe it is to be outside. A quick shout out to Brittany and Chris for always taking care of our needs! This place is growing and I’m happy to be apart of it all!

Chris in maintenance is the best part and the best maintenance guy I’ve encountered. He is nice and repairs everything in a timely manner. The pool, when open, goes to 8ft which is great. Other than that, the walls and floors are VERY thin and creaky. You WILL hear your neighbors’ every move, step, bedroom activity, etc. Construction and music lasts almost all day. The leasing staff attempts to be nice but you can see on her face she could not care less and looks to be over it all. The amount of “utility reimbursement” and water/sewage fees that appear are nothing short of bogus. Just a few things to think about when considering this complex :)
