Summit Lake Apartments

I've only lived here a week, but so far we're loving it. Management is wonderful. They are kind, prompt, and professional and made the move in process seamless and straightforward. The first day we moved in, there were several maintenance things that needed to be taken care of. All of them were handled quickly and easily. The community is gorgeous, I love being surrounded by lush nature in the middle of the desert. Summit Lake has done a great job maintaining these older buildings and making them into beautiful homes.

I just signed my second year lease here at Summit Lake and I couldnt be happier. My favorite things about living here is the beautiful lake and ducks you see walking around the property, the fact that maintenance and landscapers cater to the property staying clean and beautiful & of course the 3 ladies that run this place. Its definitely home for a while for us.

Summit Lake was our home for almost 5 years. What attracted us was the amazing grounds, the area, and just the general sense of comfort we got. Everyone in the front office are such an amazing group of people and are always there to in any way they can. They only thing I would say as a negative is that they really aren’t all that luxury as the name “luxury apartment homes would suggest” but they are working in some items. Maintenance is always quick to respond and the community events make it easy to meet your neighbors. If you go in please see Kathryn, she’s such an incredible person and you won’t regret working with her!

I visited this place the other day. It is a very nice community. The lakes are so nice. Made the community pop out even more. The place was clean. Let’s me know maintenance is on top of there stuff. Looks like a great place to call home.

I have lived in Summit Lake for 5 years and it has been a great experience. The property is always well maintained, maintenance is prompt upon request, and Management feels like family. I couldn’t have chosen a better address.My 2 bedroom unit feels more like a house. I feel safe here and know that my wife is safe as well. I have everything I need and want right here. I would fully recommend renting here. Thank you Summit Lake Management for the way you go above and beyond for this community.
