Summit Gardens

I came to the Clubhouse with some of my friends that live in the community. I love this community and would definitely recommend to anyone. The bar & grill is something I’ve never seen before. The bartender, Veronica, was sooooo cool and so much fun! I want to also shout out Rafael. He was hosting the trivia event and was soo much fun! He made sure we all were having a good time. I will definitely be moving here when my lease is up!

02-28-25- Additional update!!! I completed a survey from Summit Gardens today, and I let management know that ALL staff whether, maintenance staff, office staff, on call staff, management staff, everyone has done and are doing a fantastic job, in a timely manner. I have NO complaints what's-so-ever. Keep up the great job everyone!!! And Thank You!!! 09-19-24- Update!! I recently needed maintenance assistance to help with a problem I couldn't fix. So Kahlil came out to help and needless to say, he fixed the problem and I haven't experienced any issues thereafter. Thanks so much again Kahlil!! Just recently moved in, and I have to say, it's been amazing ever since. For the very small minor issues doing the first week is totally expected, but with amazing, kind and experienced maintenance

This place is garbage. Half done maintenance requests, full day power outages with no compensation for loss of use, hornets coming through the walls of the apartment, hearing every conversation between thin walls and the rent keeps going sky high for this ghetto dump. Constant fighting in the stair wells. No lights installed in most rooms so you will need to purchase lamps, no insulation so the apartments have smells that linger for weeks when you cook. Not to mention that there isn’t an ounce of storage. I would not recommend at all!!! Don’t walk away, run away!

I would not recommend living here, my apartment experience was a nightmare. My roommate already wrote a review, and I just wanted to emphasize the 1 star rating. We had a mouse issue, maintenance requests were not always attended to, the office took a while to get back about things, the parking lots are always filled up even if you live in the buildings, the pool and other amenities described aren't worth it. The gym was lackluster The mouse issue was just the most annoying problem and traumatizing, we were scared to go to the kitchen after 10pm because the mouse was there like clockwork. And the exterminators at a point put traps down with no poison or bait, we got the run around for weeks! The building doesn't need to reach out to me about my experience, they just need to do better,
