Summit Development

Summit Development built a custom home for us which was completed in November, 2010. We closely monitored the project during construction and were very pleased with the workmanship and materials used. Summit personnel were very professional, flexible and easy to work with. We feel that we got a very high quality home for a very reasonable price. In the almost 3 years we've been in the house, the only problem we have experienced was a hair-line crack in one ceiling which was caused by 'settling' and not the fault of Summit. Regardless, they very quickly repaired it for us. We would not hesitate to use Summit again and we have recommended them to others who are looking for a high quality home at an excellent price.

I had a house build with summit and it came out great just like any other house I've had build buy other builders. I really did not stop by all the time because I wanted the workers to do there job rite and not feel pressured that the home owner was breathing down their shoulders and they did an awesome job. Their wear houses being build next to me by Summit and they keep taking to long so i kind of got worried about mine but my house was don't really fast i noticed that the houses next to me wear taking really long because of the home owners kept changing thing on their houses constantly and it was delaying the work and they did not let the sub- contractors work comfortably they always wanted more and more. in the end it was funny that my house was finished first even though mine started

Avoid this builder at all costs. Run away. I had a remodel done to the tune of a few $10s of thousands. If I got the A team, then this place hires sloppy lazy and "phone it in" subcontractors. I stupidly paid them before they finished the final punch list. They promised they would come back and complete all the items on the list. Still waiting and it has been 2 years now. They never came back and have ignored my calls and letters. The secretary is a complete b***h to me now, as if I were in the wrong here.. I have holes in my walls, unpainted parts to walls, and various other issues. During the job, the workers left their nails and metal cuttings in my driveway and just left for the day, and, not seeing the small sharp items when I came home from work that day, I got a flat in my
