Krista was very helpful from the apartment searching process to move in. She answered my questions promptly and helped with any issues that arose.

Unfortunately my service requests have been ignored for 3 weeks straight, I have not had access to my washing machine for this time period and I am now running out of clothes, this is affecting my work and personal life - this review will remain until my washing machine is replaced.

Robert, Harry, Connie and Jennifer are honestly the best to work with. Robert is quick to answer maintenance calls and he enters your home with respect and kindness! I do like this complex only because of the office and maintenance staff. I just wish the rest of the residence would take care of it because it’s a home for everyone and not a low income housing with car seats sitting on the front porch, bikes blocking sidewalks and stored in bushes. We constantly have issues with the kids running in front of cars so proceed with caution because the parents are no where to be found. They ride their bikes in front of the parking spot or garage you are pulling into. It takes one idiot to put a bag in front of the garbage and the rest of the village follows. Robert from Maintenance came by this afternoon and was extremely helpful! A dome light on our ceiling had come loose, he replaced the bulb and reattached the light fixture. We also needed some routine maintenance on our stove. One of the burners was not working and the oven light was out. All of these issues were handled quickly by Robert and he was incredibly friendly and professional through the entire visit. Thanks again!

I have lived here for a few years. Everyone in the office is great and maintenance is amazing. Harry is the best! He has fixed my A/C s couple of times and always double checks to make sure everything is still working well. Definitely a big part of why I am still here. Really enjoy living here.
