Summit Chalet Apartments

I’m leaving this review transparently as the new manager because we only have one review from four years ago, and I want to share what’s new since then. Since I took over the property the past year we’ve made a lot of improvements to both the units, property and the management. The manager that was at the property with the other review hasn't been at this building for several years now. We’re really proud of the upgrades and the positive feedback from our current tenants, reflected in our high renewal rates. I lived at this building for almost 2 years, and I’d recommend it. The property manager Allison is super pleasant to work with, and incredibly reasonable (which is rare for a property manager!!). The loft apartments are beautiful, spacious, and bring in lots of light.

Decent apartments but terrible Onsite management. No issues while living there but experienced the worst move in / move out process I’ve ever heard of or witnessed. Attempted to charge me for walls that were not properly repaired/repainted from the previous tenant, no move in/move out walk through, promised remediation for errors in billing / unwarranted charges that were not actually offered. Manager is quite aloof and has a million excuses for why simple processes and repairs are not able to be made. Basically be prepared to be scammed out of your deposit. The building has been renovated but is really old so you can hear your neighbors very well...especially when they are going up and down the stairs. Good location but be ready for lots of surprises here
