I sold a 9 unit townhouses to Summit Capital Partners LLC 2 years ago with minimum down-payment ; and carrying the contract. They didn't pay any utilities bill ,property tax, cancel the fire insurance after closing, stop making monthly pay after short time. Kick out all tenants and then tear the building apart. Now Chris offered us to buy back the promise sorynote which the price of the land, because now all 9 unit townhouse and 9 tenants gone. I just find out The Summit Capitall Partners LLC used my building to collected million dollars from investors. Many Leans and fines against the building . We are elderly, very easy to cheat That is their taget. .

I sold my property to Summit Capital LLC with minimum down payment and carrying the contract. The Apartment with no vacancy. Six months later all vacant. I asked them what’s going on the answer is on the way remodeling. I find out, no insurance, no property tax , no utilities paid from the day they bought it To many lean against property, no monthly payment either. We are the elderly couple didn’t know what to do . Now the building file up with garbage & homeless, the police called us because can’t find them.

I truly appreciate Summit Capital Partners. They reached out to our youth organization, Seattle Youth Recreation Foundation, this summer and offered the opportunity for us to bring our youth to the Storm game. They actually offered for us to use to their corporate suite. We have some girls that have never been to a storm game in person and none of them had the opportunity to sit in a suite. You can imagine how this only heightened their full experience. The best part is when I shared how many girls we had in our program Summit Capital Partners made it possible for us to see two games and all the kids had the opportunity to attend one game. Summit Capital Partners LLC is a complete disappointment in the investment realm. Engaging with this company proved to be a costly mistake. Their dubious practices include a disturbing tendency to open new businesses, only to orchestrate what can only be described as elaborate scams. Our experience with them resulted in significant financial losses and a profound distrust in their integrity. The lack of ethical conduct and transparency displayed by Summit Capital Partners LLC serves as a red flag for potential investors. Avoid this company at all costs if you value your financial security and want to steer clear of unscrupulous investment ventures.

Very bad experience. I invested a lot of money with Jim and Chris on a house flip in Seattle. Signed a partnership agreement which spelled out the property I was investing in. About a year later I saw the house had sold on Zillow. I called the guys for weeks, finally one called back and said sorry had to move you to another property, they had some issues on this one. They gave me the address. 6 months later, I see this house sold on zillow. I have gotten no money back, or no return on my investment. Now they wont call or text back. STay away from these guys, SCAMS!!!
