Summit at TPC

Rudy is hands down the best maintenance person I’ve ever had in an apartment community. He’s always professional, friendly, and incredibly responsive. No matter the issue, he handles it quickly and efficiently, and he makes sure everything is done right the first time. You can tell he truly cares about the residents and takes pride in his work. We’re lucky to have him—he makes living here so much better!

Lourdes has been incredibly kind, professional, and helpful whenever I’ve needed assistance. She truly makes the leasing experience easy and welcoming. The maintenance team is also outstanding very prompt, professional, and efficient. I’ve never had any issues with the staff, which says a lot. I recently renewed my lease and can confidently say I’ve had no problems with staff during my time here. I will say that I wish the complex was more clean and that the power washing would happen much more often in the hallways and external areas. Ashley took the time to understand my situation and worked hard to show me apartments that truly fit what I was looking for. She also made sure I received the best deal possible, which meant so much to me. I give this place 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ There's some much GOOD and POSITIVE I could say about living at summit at TPC apartments. I have lived here for a year now. The living area is so comfortable, you are cared about, Apartments are well kept. Shout out to my favorite person in the office (Lourdes). She is AMAZING at what she does and does her job well. It's part of the reason why I like to stay here honestly, is good management and being heard and cared about. Thank you thank you 💯💯💯

Rudy is great maintenance man he is very nice and helpful. During this winter storm my bathtub was clogged and the filter and he came and fixed it right away he is very proactive and knowledgeable. I am happy to have a maintenance person in the building that helps you right when you need it to assist whenever you need. He is great.
