I have lived in these apartments for 2 years. It was one of my first apartments ever. Living there wasn’t too bad except , it was VERY outdated. Things were covered with paint that needed to be FIXED and NOT painted over. Shelves hanging off, bathtub was peeling and coming off. The worst part is they NEVER answer. So if you ever need to speak to someone I recommend going to the office. I’ve already moved out and I’ve been trying to get in contact with someone. Because I’m supposed to get my refund checks back. But ,it’s like pulling teeth trying to get anyone to contact me. Layla is the only person that has ever helped me. She is great and nice, but the apartments it’s self isn’t so much. I’m grateful for having a place to stay, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here again.
Moving into our apartment has been kind of a nightmare. A day before our move in date, we were contacted that our original apartment's appliances were not working so, they had to change our apartment. It was a bit frustrating as we had already ordered some items to the original address so, we had to worry about moving a couch that was delivered to the wrong address. On move in day, there was no hot water. It's been six days and they are finally coming to check our water tomorrow. There was also a lack of communication on the apartment's behalf on how to set up the G-fiber internet. I had to ask management what to do then, they gave me information that was not originally provided in the new resident packet. We also checked our mailroom. Lived here for 2 years and 3 months.From 22 to 25 Problem after problem. Our ac system was literally duck taped because it wouldn’t create a vacuum properly. Every door frame in our apartment had been split and was just slapped back together. Front door didn’t close properly, the fridge door wouldn’t close so our food went bad. Regularly lock us out of the pools. Apartment leaked serval times and they did nothing about it for several months. The room smelled like black mold when it rained and the front gate never worked. I have lived at this apartment complex from May 2023 until May 2025 and I can't leave fast enough. My biggest issue with this complex was the bug infestation I've had for the last year that I have been here that the apartment failed to address. The neighbor behind me left tons of garbage when they moved out that led to a roach infestation which led to thousands of little roaches entering my apartment through the shared wall in the kitchen for the past year. I routinely had to get the apartment complex to bring exterminators over to de-bug my apartment, to no avail. I have given up hope and they will not let me out of my lease early without a massive fee. This place is absolutely unprofessional, be careful if you’re coming to apply to this place as the service from management is very rude and aggressive with how they treat their future residents. We treated very horribly and treated with extremely rude answers and a nasty tone to the point where we felt very uncomfortable just being there in the office. If this is how they treat their future residents then I worry about how they treat their current residents so probably a huge red flag about this place. We will never be coming back here again, I am the son of the nice lady who went in with my uncle and girlfriend to ask for information since we where trying to get 2 separate appartments or possibly just 1 with more rooms and I know we could of worked something out, but now we will be lookin
