Do not move here. Office staff is horrible. All of the appliances do not work. They do not answer the phones. Takes multiple attempts to get things patched. Some appliances do not work. Photos added are on the day of move in. Not to mention all of the apartments with busted windows and dirty alleyways.There is no security. The office is not open during hours of operation

My husband and I experience at summit was great. The manger in the office Mrs. Tanya really helped to make our application process as smooth as possible. She even got us approved in less than 24 hours. The inside of the apartment look pretty good for what we were expecting to pay. But our only reason for declining was due to the environment outside of the apartment. From the moment we stepped onto the property it felt like we were being watching and monitored. My husband and I were extremely fearful of our safety and belongings getting stolen. So in conclusion, the office people were great but due to the environment we had to decline.

I was schedule to move in on Sat. 09-30-23 but when I got there Ms. Tanya was there waiting for me. She told me that she has some bad news the apartment manager did not make a key for my unite she tells her she is at the gym and she was not coming to make me a key I had already told the storage that I was moving out on Sat.so I end up going to go and change my lock on the door myself and after that I walked in the unit that was supposed to be clean and with new carpet the only thing I can say about the unit it was new carpet who ever does the cleaning need to find a new profession because cleaning is not it. But what took the cake was there was no stove and the refrigerator was even worst I was like I cannot move me and my kids into this today my daughter is 39 weeks pregnant I just co

I’ve been here over 2 years almost 3 and I had no complaint actually up until the recent new owners 😒they have not fixed anything and I seen a roach for the first time ever in my unit that before stayed exterminated of course because it was offered and there is also now a NAT problem first I’ve ever seen and I’m just looking to move I’ll continue to stay month to month because these new owners are Nothing like old management never went over 24 hrs with out anything being fixed I have a sink in my kitchen that’s been flooding my house for 2-3 months now Ive put in tons of request the new management is the worst yet !!!
