Summit Apartments

I only had one day to find an apartment in the area and during my search I stumbled upon these apartments. I walked in, spoke to the apartment manager, and got an apartment within about two hours. Anyone with good credit can land an apartment here without any issue. The problem with these apartments, however, is that they're full of ghetto neighbors who have absolutely no consideration for anyone else. Upon moving in I signed a nine month lease (minimum contract) and the first day was woken up at 8 A.M. by extremely loud music. Over the course of my nine months living here I would say there was loud music playing about 75% of the time, no matter the time of day. I'm honestly shocked to read such horrible reviews about this place. I dont share any of these problems and I have a baby. The grounds are very well kept and it looks great for the age of the building. Recently updated and continuing to update so far! The owner Greg is extremely kind and helpful in resolving any issues I've had and the manager Julio is very accomadating as well. So far so good! I'm honestly in love with our new place. No A/C but that's not really common for county. Theres usually always a cool coastal breeze so thats always a plus. (This is coming from someone who normally has their house at 70 or less most times). Over all very happy!
