Summerwood Terrace Apartments

I've lived here going on four years this year. I recently transferred from a one bedroom to a two bedroom and the process was super easy. I loved my one bedroom, as it was spacious and very modernized for the price, but I fell in love with the two bedroom and decided to make the switch. I'm 100% happy with my decision and am absolutely loving my new apartment. Brooklyn and Mickey are extremely helpful and always super sweet. Perks that you won't find at other complexes without paying an arm and a leg, these apartments come with a washer and dryer in all units, very modern appliances, tons of space and great neighbors!

I moved here in January of 2020, and have had a great living experience. Madi and Blake are always responsive with questions I have and the maintenance staff has always helped me with any issues I had (hot water heater going out, and my door getting stuck). These apartments are newly renovated and are absolutely gorgeous and very spacious. Everyone who lives her is nice and friendly. What I really like about these apartments is they allow 3 pets and don’t charge an arm and a leg for the pet deposit. I would definitely recommend Summerwood Terrance Apartments as your next living space.

Animal poop and trash all over grounds. Neighbors store all their junk outside their door. The floors creak loudly when walking on the second floor. Inside it looks nothing like the online pictures. Nice staff though. Don’t recommend these apartments in Amarillo.

Searching for an apartment is overwhelming, especially when looking for an apartment on the bottom floor. Finally found one here at Summerwood appointment. Raven was very nice and polite when showing my mother and I the apt we were searching for. The rooms were to our liking Having our own washer and dryer in the apartment was awesome. No more laundromats. I like that I can park my vehicle under a carport We have had zero problems. Madi finished the process very quickly. These ladies are very nice and care that we are satisfied. Thank you ladies Summerwood is the place to reside.

Very polite people working here! They were incredibly helpful and made my first time renting easier than I thought it could be. The apartment is lovely! Spacious and clean, the appliances are great❤️
