Summerwood Apartments

I wish there were a way to give ZERO stars. This place was absolutely horrible. We had cockroaches in our apartment. Customer service is terrible, staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. Don't bother requesting maintenance; they show up whenever they feel like it (if they show up at all). They also invade your privacy by constantly monitoring who comes in and out of the apartment you PAY for, even when it's just guests. They claim it's "service dogs only," yet there are plenty of dogs on the property with no vests and clearly not trained. So they enforce rules only when it's convenient for them. Laundry is another nightmare, the washing machines barely work, and half the time they just take your money or tokens. Save yourself the stress AND money. Do NOT move here.

These apartments are very outdated, the apartments themselves but also the roads. The roads are either crooked, have potholes in them or just very old to the point there horrible to drive on. On top of that there very small and cramped! The amount of the times I’ve almost crashed coming out and in because the car coming takes half the road. Also the garbage cans make huge blind spots so if your coming in, the garbage can Is covering you so the other car can’t see you until you almost come face to face with them. Also they rent out to very noisy people that will move furniture all night. The only thing I like about these apartments is that they have some pathways and nature in them besides that I really REALLY wouldn’t recommend here honestly please go somewhere else!

I dont even live here but the other side of my fence is your property , please remedy this situation before law enforcement is contacted over multiple noise complaints it's is non stop morning day night that you have car alarms going off for 30 minutes or more at a time I will start calling the police non emergency number everyday from here on out if the unnecessary noise is dealt with

WHAT IN THE WORLD IS THE ORGANIZATION OF THE BUILDINGS?????!!!! IT IS AWFUL!!! THERE ID ABSOLUTELY NO ORDER AND IT MAKES 0 SENSE.
