Since new management took over, some things have improved—repairs are handled quickly, the maintenance staff is great, and bug issues are better (though not completely resolved). The manager herself is friendly, which I appreciate. The biggest issue is noise from the upstairs neighbor. I’m often woken up around 5:30–6:00 a.m., and it continues until 11:00–11:30 p.m. Despite trying to resolve it directly and through management, nothing has changed. I even asked about transferring units but was told it wasn’t possible. Because of this ongoing problem, I’ll likely move when my lease is up. While some areas have gotten better, the lack of resolution to the noise issue makes daily living here very difficult.

My review is late but it is definitely deserved 100% during my application process I was dealing with a hard situation with a family member and she was the most human centered and compassionate person ever. She answered my questions no matter what even when she was off. She showed me my unit and with our conversation and how she was so supportive of my stressors it meant a lot. The move in experience was an ease and she talked me through it all. She is the reason I chose Summerview Apartments. Thank you Veronica!

Don’t move here!!! Hi I’m Desi a current renter and finally after about 15 months finally gave my 30 day notice. apartments are nice. However they are cheaply made /upgraded. Things break frequently. I had my fridge replaced due to gaskets not closing fully. I have had my sink fixed multiple times and never able to use my dishwasher as it doesn’t work correctly. I has the master shower replaced due to a bubble on the bottom that popped eventually took them a month to complete. Windows don’t lock due to being broken when I moved in. Never been fixed. My stove broke in October and was charged 800 for a new one! So I been without! I live in a fully remodeled updated apartment my rent is $2254 for that at an apartment you would think they would cover things like that from wear and tear or sin

Moved in this month (April 2024) Verónica our lease agent was very helpful, patient , responded quickly to my messages 24/7 ,during the lease process…making it smooth ..all over very professional..we’re thankful for all her assistance in moving into Summerview..so far it’s been great! Josh in maintenance is great too, in responding to having things fixed ..parking can be a bit tight . Spaces are small but im getting the hang and taking the time to park just right , so far we have not had any issues w the additional first come first get the parking on the unassigned spots…

The property is under new management and it really shows. When I toured there was so many upgrades to accommodate and provide more safety within the complex which convinced me to apply. I’m very glad I did because the agent Veronica was extremely helpful and caring. She worked hard to make it easy and tailor the experience to us!
