Summertree Place

I’ve had the pleasure of staying at Summertree Place Apartment Homes and have always been warmly greeted by Emily. From the moment I walk in, she makes me feel welcomed and valued. Her friendly demeanor and helpful attitude sets a positive tone for my entire visit. I am always impressed by her professionalism and ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks while still providing excellent customer service. I truly appreciate Emily’s dedication to creating a positive experience for visitors like myself. Thank you for making my time at Summertree Apartment Homes so enjoyable!

My advice check all appliances before you move in. They advertise dishwasher and everything. And everything is broken! My dishwasher yea it comes on but it don’t work all my dishes come out dirty still, so I have to wash everything by hand, we we’re cooking and the plugs blew out, had to put my refrigerator in the living room due to it. There’s torn places all throughout the wood floors, everything from the smoke detectors to the AC controls, 2 AC units, one runs upstairs and one runs downstairs all need batteries. I wasn’t here 1/2 a month when everything needed batteries, all drains upstairs completely clogged, the light fixtures have fallen from the ceiling, I’m still picking up glass out of the yard and I have a little dog that has to use that yard. Sounds like a huge deal for false ad

Reagan helped us when we first applied and was very nice! She answered all our questions and made sure we were good to go!

Mrs. Nikki was a huge help with the move in process, she was helpful with understanding the paperwork and things that needed to be said and done. I’d definitely Recommend her and summer tree apartment homes to other family and friends. She was also very friendly and welcoming. I’m going to be glad to call this place my home. By her presentation I knew she’s the type to take care of her responsibilities and residents.
