Summerlin Villas Apartments

As an apartment complex owner myself (looking for a snowbird location), I personally visited all six "luxury" apartment locations in the Tucson area. Summerlin was the clear winner. After 5 months, I just saw my first javelina. The view from my bedroom balcony is breathtaking. The location is whisper quiet even though we are not far from stores and shopping. I am just 10 minutes away from a premier tennis facility. I ride my bicycle out the Summerlin gate and I get right on the Rillito Bike path for wonderful sunset exercise rides. The staff and manager have been nothing but excellent. They clearly have plenty of maintenance staff as they are constantly keeping things up. I have not seen or heard of a single security issue. The complex has "breathing room" as the owner did not cram hundred

This complex is exceptional. Beautiful grounds, modern apartments, fantastic swimming pools, very responsive management and engineering team. And, it's right on the Rillito Riverwalk. Also, very affordable; competitively priced. I'm so thankful to have found Summerlin!

We rented here briefly in 2022, but the management failed to address the loud noise from the upstairs unit, and the staff even shared our personal conversations and correspondence with the upstairs tenant, reflecting poorly on their professionalism.

Went on a date with a guy that lived here. I went home with him and parking was hard to find. He was a good time though.

I lived here 1.5 years and had a great experience. Maintenance was completed within 48 hours, employees were pleasant and helpful. The balcony view to the wash/mountains was amazing. Definitely a nicer area of town, gated community, two pools, plenty of parking. Would recommend.
