Summerdale Apartments

I really love my new home, Management is very nice and professional. My neighbors are very nice and welcoming, its is quiet and the community is clean. I am so glad to call this place home. Thank you summerdale.

DONT MOVE HERE. I over in the end of October 2024 after being given the runaround for over a month. On move in day the unit was infested with roaches. I told the rent office about it as well as the mold that was discovered throughout my apartment. No one came to treat the mold until January 2025 and when they did they only treated the mold in my living room. They did not treat the mold growing within the main air vent in my living room, in all the bedroom windows, on the floor underneath the carpet in my living room and one of the bedrooms. Pest control has only come one time after I was told they come weekly. On move in nun of my kitchen sockets work, or the sockets in both bathrooms. All of these things was mentioned to the rent office in multiple occasions. My kids are allergic to mold

Horrible place office never has a consistent person there to help the people that live there. Kids being in the abandon apartments throwing parties doing inappropriate stuff. Work maintenance men don’t know what they doing or rude and push your work orders. Roaches in the apartments no consistent exterminator. Over charging your account then they credit your account don’t try to give you your money back on your account. The owners don’t care they just want your money. Pool hasn’t worked since 2018. The surrounding complex’s bring there problems to this complex’s vandalism and harassing people who live there and your children when they are outside I don’t recommend anybody to move here cause you work hard for them not to do there jobs and if you have important paperwork to be filed out by t

The ONLY reason I gave this 1 star is because I can't leave zero! I've lived here for 5yrs and ever since the 1st company left there have been nothing but issues. I'm dealing with flooding in my living room and BOTH bathrooms, my ceiling had a hole that a grown man could fit through for 6months, termites and mold just to name a few. If you have any sense don't, I repeat DON'T move to this awful slum village.

I applied to these apartments back in April of this year 2024 an I was denied an I was told that my holding fee would be refunded an I been calling 5 months straight about my money I have talked to several people an have not yet to receive my money back an here it is November so needless to I will be contacting the better business bureau bc this is ridiculous why keep the holding fee plus my application fee an I was also told that the office managers noted that I didn’t pay anything however I showed my proof am still nothing I want my dam money an want stop until I get it even though it want but a hundred dollars it was still hard earned money that I worked for!!!Please Do netter
