This apartment complex is new, I grew up in this area so to see the gentrification evolving is amazing. The ladies at the front office are extremely meticulous very thorough , and might I add they make you feel like family. They are the epitome of resilience and they don’t stop above and beyond their job description they literally are extraordinary. They all they go the extra mile.( all the ladies are so helpful ). DO NOT MOVE HERE – MOLD, NEGLIGENCE, AND ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY I moved into my unit on 3/24—brand new, and I was the first to occupy it. Not long after, I noticed a strange residue on my couch. At first, I dismissed it, thinking my toddlers had spilled something. But the issue kept coming back. After some research, I discovered it was mold. I reported the mold on 7/23/25, and maintenance responded the next morning. I was told the issue was resolved—but about a month later, mold started appearing again, this time spreading across multiple belongings. Concerned, I did my own research and spoke to neighbors. Many of them reported ongoing problems with poor ventilation, leaks, mold, and general structural issues. Cracked ceilings were being painted over instead of repaired, and light fixtures

Spacious rooms and huge restrooms. I love the low island bar that's in the kitchen. Whirlpool stainless fridge. Freezer on the bottom drawer. Comes with all brand new appliances washer and dryer has its own laundry room.

When we received the email that they are unable to proceed due to our income being too high, I called Summerdale apartments number on Google maps for my questions and concerns. The woman I was transferred too, was being rude, dismissive, disrespectful and unhelpful but two days later I called the number on the email ending 8090 and a different woman answered, this lady was the opposite. She is professional, being nice, hearing us out and answering questions. And for the apartments, the Living room/dining room is small. The bedrooms, closets and laundry room are all good sizes, the kitchen and bathrooms are nice.
