Summerbrook Apartments

Not a clean complex, trash is not taken care of frequently enough. They don’t do full cleanings of their units before move in, but when you move out they will mark every single room as needing full repaint and carpet cleaning. We repainted our unit directly before moving out, rented a carpet cleaner, and they still tried to charge us over our deposit after. We aren’t paying it. They should be happy we aren’t taking them to small claims court for the return of our deposit as we have photos.

Great experience so far. The apartments are in a very good location, in a quiet and peaceful area, which makes it a great place to live. I would especially like to thank Gregory, the office manager, for being very helpful, patient, and professional. He took the time to answer all my questions and helped me throughout the entire process, which made everything much easier.

I’ve lived here for quite some time now since I was like 6 I’m 20 going 21 and it’s sad to say that ever since we’ve lived here they never seemed to change the carpet before moving in they said they were gonna change it and they never did they wanted to charge us for the dirty carpet they left . We got infested with roaches rats and even ants I have no idea how when I have a fobia to any dirty smell carpet or even trash. Whoever we did mention this to the office but the didn’t do anything they just keep sending the same guy to put gel for the roaches and it just made it worse I can’t leave a piece of bread cause it gets infested by roaches so fast. The managers are rude and they don’t care for peoples living or wealth. They promised to move us unites but they had already sold it to someone

Huge thanks to Mark for coming out on the weekend to fix a power issue in my apartment. He was super helpful, professional, and got everything taken care of quickly. Really appreciate the effort and great attitude. He deserves the recognition.

Kids are not allowed to play outside only on the playground, but the playground it’s always messed up. They took off the basketball court to put the mailboxes.
