Summer Place Apartments

I’ve lived here over one year, and it’s been terrible. The exterior is poorly maintained, with overgrown vines and bushes taking over the building, which I know is due to neglect in upkeep and landscaping. The pool was a total letdown—murky green water and cracked, dirty pavement around it made it look unsafe and uninviting. The grass areas were patchy and had animal waste scattered around, which was gross. The building itself looked worn out, with faded paint, a locked and possibly abandoned unit, and an overall neglected vibe. Honestly, it’s not the clean or well-kept place I’d hope for. On top of that, I haven’t had AC for over a year and have been back and forth with the office, but they constantly gave me the runaround. In 2020 I moved here at summer place apartments around May. That whole summer whenever it rained water got into my apartment it was never fixed. Around August I threatened to stop paying rent until it got fixed they told me they needed my rent money and that they did not have money to fix the leaking problem. Worst apartment complex.

This place doesnt even deserve 1 star. This is the worst place to live. My mother lived here for multiple years and they treated her terrible. Anytime something broke they never wanted to fix it and it always took a long time to get anything fixed. She went without heat, AC and water before and sometimes for numerous days. The managers there are always rude and treat their tenants terrible. The place is a pigsty and they keep raising rent like it's some fancy place. I would NEVER recommend this place to anybody.

The manager Mily is a very respectful and nice person she tries to fix problems the best that she can. The maintenance guy is really hard worker does the work asap if he can’t fix it that day comes up with a solution to help for the moment until he can get the replacement he is really nice. The neighbors are really nice and very friendly. Love living here 🫶

0 stars if I could. The maintenance men are lazy! If you have a maintenance issue it will never get done even if you call or put in a request multiple times. When we first moved in there was multiple things that weren’t working and it took a week to get those things looked at. Me and my boyfriend had a leak in our ceiling and the maintenance man came with a bucket to catch the water and said he didn’t know when he’d be able to come back to fix it. Our ceiling leaked four more times after that and our ceiling still isn’t fixed. Our refrigerator went out and we called multiple times to let them know we need our fridge fixed. When maintenance came, once again he said he didn’t know when it would get fixed. Basically they’ll come and see about your issue but won’t do anything to fix it. Like l
