Summer Park Apartments managed by 3 Summers LLC

My girlfriend called me this morning very angry. People just enter your apartment. No warning. She was naked just getting out of the shower when she heard someone trying to unlock her door for pest control.

UPDATE : PART OF YOUR JOB AS A LEASING AGENT PROPERTY MANAGER IS TO DO MARKET SURVEYS SO I WAS NOT BEING NOISEY ITS MY JOB TO DO BE THE BEST I CAN BE AND DO MY JOB CORRECTLY. Kindness can get you along way . I hope you get your apartments rented with your attitude cause I’m sitting at 98% occupied but with that being said I will do Killeen a favor and report you to the BBB HAVE THE DAY YOU DESERVE. :) Victoria was very rude she had a problem answering questions I’m personally a leasing agent and her behavior was very unprofessional do better 3 summers

When I first moved in, I had some various problems around the apartment. But recently new team members have been added to the management team and maintenance team and I am happier than when I first moved in. Thank you to Terri for making everything happen around here to make things working and nice again and getting to our maintenance requests in a timely manner. Yesterday we had a brand new AC installed Jimmy and his partner did amazing to make sure we have a good working AC.

Lived at the sister complex around the corner, Villa Del Rey for 3 years until I retired from the military and moved back home. When I moved in...the surrounding neighborhoods looked questionable (it's very close to post) but the immediate area around VDR wound up being a nice little oasis. The immediate area was actually very quiet with a couple schools across the street and no problem neighbors. They are not the huge luxury apartments like across town. They are basic and extremely well kept for a good price. The residents are a good mix of military and civilian and there is actually a nice little community feel. Everyone will talk to you and there have been more than a few group bar-b-ques in the quad. The staff is awesome. On the couple occasions where something went wrong in the apartm

This is by far the WORST place to rent from. My family member recently moved out of this apartments. They are infested with roaches and have rats. She literally Came home from out of town to rat droppings in the living room, kitchen and bedroom. Terri buys drugs from one of her tenants, I KNOW I WITNESSED IT. Maintenance don’t fix anything. There’s raccoons and possums that live outside the apartments. The list goes on. This company really deserves 0 stars and need to be shut down. Code enforcement needs to be involved. Not to mention the office to this establishment is also Terri’s home.
