They never contacted me nor display any-tru concern after posting fake empathetic post. They truly do not care. A property manger should really uphold the safety of their tenants. This is not home. This is penitentiary lol/cockroach cemetery lol. An issue with the mold throughout the unit in general. Hint; multiple locations of mold.

They don't do there job repairs are not done even when housing tells them to do them then they want you to pay full rent when housing fails them for not doing them I asked for a paper copy of the lease before I will sign it because I can't see i to read it on the portal there answer is copyer is not working I told them I am bed bound and can't come to the office i told them I can't get the portal to work so they made it where I couldn't use it i tried resetting my password and it will not accept any of the code they sent me so what am I supposed to do I told them my fridge was not working last Thursday and it is now Monday and nothing and they changed the due dates for the rent and nobody on social security can pay rent on the first of the month since we don't get our money before the 3

If you badly need a place to live, then Summer Oaks is the place for you. But if you are looking for a place where you want to make an apartment into a home, then it would be best to go somewhere in the NW Expressway area. I have been living at the Summer Oaks resident for two years, and I have seen a lot here that I could make YouTube videos about this place. A lot of horrific things had occurred here. But I'm thankful nothing had happened to me or my family. What Summer Oaks really needs is Property Managers who really know how to manage a property. If you do not know how to give tenants the satisfaction that they richly deserve, then being property manager is not for you. It's more than just making money. This place is horrible! I've lived there since 2018 and when I finally move they hit me with almost 3000 in faulty charges when I left because they never repair anything and my son almost fell off they're patio. Not to mention the mice and roaches

I have been here for almost a year. So far my ceiling has mildew/mold. I have no air-conditioning and my son's room is so hot that u sweat as soon as you walk in the room. I have constantly complained and asked for at least a window unit I have not received anything. Do not move here!!
