I think each unit should have at least one assigned parking in front of apartment , laundromat sucks the dryers you usually have to dry them twice. They need new washer and dryers people that live upstairs that have kids need to have respect for the ones that live up downstairs not to be so noisy at all hours of the night.

Renovations underway currently. Not the best or nicest apartments around for sure. Painters did an awful job of keeping the paint where it was supposed to be. Paint splatters all over the floor and other places. Not very clean upon moving in and smelled really bad. My father in law moved in today and my husband vacuumed and steam cleaned his carpet before moving his things in and it looked like it had never been cleaned before. The water from the steam cleaner was black and disgusting! Doors don’t close properly and the bedroom door doesn’t lock at all. Trim in front of the bathtub was loose and coming up. I can’t speak on management or employees as I don’t live there. Overall really old and dingy apartments but it is a place to live.

Horrible! Building A is infested with black mold. None of the plugs work right, I couldn’t even use a hair dryer without flipping the breaker. The windows have water coming in when it rains. All of our blinds were dry rotted and never replaced after being promised they would. Black mold was the biggest issue!! My whole family was sick for months. The stairs are horrible the wood is slick and needs to be replaced. I fell and had to go to the ER. I filled out a report but was never contacted by the owners!! Who does business like that?!

Refrigerator is leaking and after multiple times of telling management about this problem nothing is being fixed, Mold growing from ceiling which management also knows about and nothing is being done. Bad paint jobs in the apartments , defective hardware , bugs that are not being treated , mowing in early hours of the morning and waking up everyone in the apartments , and so many more issues. All of these problems and the rent is outrageously high. If you do not answer the door when maintenance is there they will not come back later, instead they will unlock your door with a master key and let themselves in. Management is rude.

Used to be a good place to live. New manger rents to anyone now all you smell when you come home from work is dope smoke. Now i know why they took her out of the last apt complex. Woul tell anyone to live under a bridge than here as long as she's manager. Soon as lease is up im gone. 5 more tenants said the same thing . Feel bad for the owner they probley don't even know whats going on.
