We lived here for close to 5 years and while living here we had neighbors that could care less how loud they were no matter the time of day ,even though there are quiet hours. We submitted multiple complaints to no resolution. We broke our lease due to noise as it was not peaceful to live and the manager / corporate refused to do anything about it. They nickel and dime you to death even after paying someone to clean and hire carpet cleaner with proof. They are very greedy and for the cost of rent it is not worth it. The area is becoming unsafe as well. Just don’t bother !!!

Don’t have pets here that will mess with the carpets because they will claim that you purposely damaged them and charge you an a ton of money. They don’t replace carpets even after people have lived there they just clean them. Just don’t mess anything up even if it’s a 20 dollar fix they will charge you 7x that amount. The women at the front office are horrible, no communication and no help whatsoever. The other residents speed up and down the road constantly with loud vehicles, nothing is done to them. Smells like cigarettes and weed everywhere here. Maintenance takes forever to fix any work they are assigned and the more work you give them the less likely they are to do it. They are taking advantage of people who live there especially when you’re moving out.

I cannot recommend living here. Couple of the staff members are cool. But this place is too corporate. Could care less that you live somewhere quiet. Have a problem. They dont care. They will nickel and dime the hell out of you. If your going to pay these prices, pick somewhere nicer.

Stay away! Lived here for two years; not a good place to live. Gunshots heard infrequently. Maintenance works hard but is understaffed, resulting in long wait times unless running water is involved. The guy who owns the whole property absolutely does not care about tenants, even ones who are put in a bind by his own staff. Office staff is nice, though, they'll try to work with you but they are also swamped constantly. My rating would've been a 1 star if not for the people working here, but nice people doesn't mean there aren't massive problems. Also you will lose half of your security deposit when you leave, even if you do your cleaning due diligence. Good riddance!

I've lived here for 5 years. Our rent has been on time every month. My husband and I work a lot. There are lots of cars speeding through the neighborhood frequently. People with loud cars and motorcycles purposely rev their engines as they drive through at dangerous speeds. Parking gets really tight on the weekends because some people have as many as 4 cars constantly parked. Some with no tags and flat tires. Then there are lots of over night weekend visitors cars. If you have a bottom floor apartment, you will hear every footstep your neighbor takes, along with some really odd sounds from the ceiling. I mean so bad that neighbors walking wakes me up sometimes. Pair that with the thumping music in cars driving by/parked, and you will have very interrupted sleep. If you complain about any o
