No. No no no no no just don’t do it. I know it’s a good location and it’s cheaper, but please there are better options trust me. The good reviews on here are from the old landlord. The new one is terrible and refused to fix my AC for YEARS until a few months before I move out. I spent weeks in the apartment under heat advisory in the summer when my AC was not operating (including when I had a 104 degree fever from Covid) that only got fixed a few months before my lease expired. My AC would run for HOURS and the temperature would go up instead of down. Then I literally got blamed for the temperature not lowering because my doors weren’t open or my fans weren’t on the right setting…. I’m pretty sure if anyone’s AC runs for 7 hours it should be able to cool it from 80 to 78 not go from 80 to

NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL! Terrible experience the entire time living here. Heat and air hardly worked. Leaks all the time. Had to keep a bucket right in the door entrance to catch the drips. Maintenance took forever to fix anything and most of the time didn’t even fix the issues. There was a shooting in the apartment next door. The pool was green the entire time we lived there. The shower was replaced in one bathroom and it was left in terrible condition with nails sticking out (see pictures). The filter hadn’t been changed since 2018. The vent fan didn’t work in one bathroom causing mold to grow, and we were told to “shower with the door open”. Then when we moved we were charged a ridiculous amount in fees. Terrible, terrible, terrible experience.

Boy did I pick the wrong appartment! I kept waiting for my rent bulk only to find that it is online and ut cost me 700 in late charges! On top of that, someone was found to be in posession of weed in my building! Plus, I have to get home early just to get a parking place near home! It is pathetic! Not to mention, everything is run down!

Does everything in their power to keep your security deposit and hit you with bogus charges and fees. Considers basic business operational costs to fall to the tenant such as paint and structural maintenance costs. Waits out the time period to send you the letter so that it can go straight to collections. Does not do proper maintenance. Won't consider your pet deposit to go towards these bogus fees either. Avoid at all costs.

AWFUL apartment complex. Have absolutely zero regard for their residents. They’re have been instances where they shut off power for over 48 hours - leading to food going bad, being unable to charge devices, and being forced to eat out because of the inability to cook. There have been multiple times when the neglect to turn on their answering machine at night, which inhibited me from reaching maintenance for an emergency - my lock broke. I was forced to stay the night in a nearby hotel because I couldn’t enter my own apartment. What’s worse is that, even with proof (a screen recording of the answering machine not answering when I called their number), they refused to reimburse me for the cost I incurred because of their screw up.
