Summer Crest Apartments

Summer Crest is very nice and good looking apartment complex. Its also quite here at night and have private security patrolling at night. They do an excellent job keeping the property nice and clean. The maintenance team are good at repairing things when you need them to. The amenities here are wonderful as well two big swimming pools, hot tubs, barbecue grills, gym basketball court, dog park area etc.. I also like the fact it's a smoke free complex. I just recently upgraded from a 2 bedroom apartment to a 3 bedroom. The apartment manager Luigi and leasing consultant Yessenia have been very courtesy and helpful with the transition. I look forward to renewing my lease.

Heather has been such a pleasure to work with throughout our leasing process. From the very beginning, she’s been incredibly helpful, thoughtful, and genuinely considerate of both my mom’s and my needs. She made everything easy to understand and went out of her way to make the process feel smooth and stress-free. That in turn made us choose this place because it had all the amenities and felt like our new home. Even though we haven’t moved in yet, Heather has continued to follow up and check in on us, which really shows how much she cares about the people she’s helping. She’s attentive, kind, and truly goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. Exceptional Management Team & Great Living Experience! Living in this apartment has been a pleasure, thanks to the incredible management team, Yesenia, Catherine and Heather! From day one, they have been welcoming, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we feel comfortable. Any maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, and the team genuinely cares about the community. The apartment itself is well-maintained, well-secured with great amenities and a fantastic location. But what really makes this place stand out is the management—friendly, professional, and always there when you need them. Highly recommend!!!

This is definitely a place to live if ever there was housing. Average cost. Would appreciate bike racks, but meh.
