I’ve lived here at Summer Breeze for almost 4 years and never had any issues at all. All the residents, maintenance guy, and property manager Randie have been great. When I recently moved to a downstairs unit, Randie and Ernesto were very helpful in getting my apartment ready to move-in quick.

I moved in recently and have had the absolute best experience! I’ve lived in several apartment complexes prior so moving in was not my first rodeo but I will say this experience has been my favorite. Krystal was my leasing agent and assisted me throughout the entire application process. She made moving in super quick, easy, and painless. The customer service she provided me was truly exceptional. I work in customer service myself so I can recognize this skill when I see it. After my move in, I had the opportunity to meet the property manager Evelyn and she is absolutely amazing! She took the time to reach out to me personally and welcome me into the complex. I’ve never experienced that before at any other complex I’ve been at. They have addressed all of my maintenance issues to date. Thank you, Leah. When my issues were brought to her attention, they were resolved in a quick, efficient manner. Our new property manager, Evelyn, listens to issues and addresses them politely. Ernesto has been maintenance here at summer breeze for over 11 years and does an outstanding job. I hope to continue to see positive changes to Summer Breeze and less rent increases. It is in a beautiful location with amazing views

Evelyn is amazing! She was so kind and helpful to my grandparents who lived in the complex. She is the best property manager they have had yet! The complex is beautiful, affordable and very well kept. I would highly recommend!

We have lived here for 3 years now and we really like how quiet the complex is and how helpful the staff is, especially Ernesto, who does maintenence. Ernesto is always friendly and professional. There was an issue with our toilet and he repaired it the same day I called. I really appreciate that he responded so quickly.
