Summer Bay at Grand Oaks by Pulte Homes

The Co i work for insulates their homes, nice floor plans as well. Really picky about certain things which is good for the buyers.

In process of buying a home under construction. So far we're very pleased with their keeping in touch with us and helping with mortgage (still in process). Four months later and we are now in our new Pulte Home and very pleased with the entire process. Update: We've been in home for a year and continue to be very pleased. Customer care has been very responsive to every concern we have had. Highly recommend Pulte to anyone looking for a quality home. Also, we really like the Summer Bay at Grand Oaks.

BUYER BEWARE of items pending after the warranty period is over, one year after closing! I felt compelled to edit my post for the benefit of others when purchasing a home from Pulte. You can see my glaring review up to the end of the warranty period following these comments. There were items pending on my warranty list which were promised to be repaired. It has been six months and I am still waiting. Don't let this happen to you! I currently live in SoFL and was looking for a second home and with a little bit of research I came across Summer Bay. It has everything I was looking for: lakes; preserve setting; amenities (the pool atmosphere is perfection). I selected the Stardom model and I am so pleased I did. WOW!!!! I have lived all over St Johns county for the past 18 years and although the growth has been tremendous this community was planned out so well. We haven’t spent a great deal of time there yet as we’re still moving, but the time spent there far has been very enjoyable. Can’t wait to use the beautiful planned out amenities and all the have to offer.

Pulte is an excellent builder and consistently thinks about schedule and the home's build quality, along with maintaining regular communication. They provide an upfront schedule of check-ins throughout the build process. It was a pleasure working with the pros at Pulte from beginning to end!
