Sumler Terrace Apartments in Norfolk

Nastiest place I’ve ever stayed. MANAGEMENT DOESNT NO CARE ABOUT THEIR RESIDENTS. They will talk to you any kind of way. Their maintenance man is a drunk who drinks on the job and does not get anything done! I am still waiting on repairs from a month ago. When you try to contact PK MANAGEMENT about the people in the office they will tell you they will handle it but they don’t. I have called the city, a lawyer, and wavy 10 because these people do not care cause they don’t have to live here. I also have PROOF that I have have contacted everyone associated with this facility as far as management and upper management. Several emails paper work and more

MANAGEMENT is very disorganized & unprofessional. I submitted an application several months ago & I still haven’t gotten a response on whether my application was approved or denied. They repeat themselves every time I call to check on my status. SMH !! I look at it as GOD way of saying maybe it wasn’t meant for me & my children to move at this complex. Everything happens for a reason 🙌🏾 but, I would NOT recommend wasting your time. They do not care about you but, in a customer service profession. SMH ! *MAY GOD DELIVER ANYONE WHO COMES ACROSS THIS “A MARVELOUS BLESSING IN THE UPCOMING YEAR 2025”*

The management at this office is horrible there is absolutely no way your suppose to talk to people the way she does . She doesn’t care about her tenants . She speaks very rudely and she hangs up the phone constantly. I am a property manager and I wouldn’t dare speak upon my residents in such vulgar language or manner. She needs to step down or change her attitude completely. She makes your company look horrible and the apartments are roach infested and her feed back goes something like if you don’t like it you can leave. Oooo no ! How about pest control how about treat the whole building itself . Start from somewhere ! Management should be ashamed of herself ! Come see me you need additional training or Ongoing Because there is no way. Anyone that lives here I’m so sorry may god bless you

Roach infested..this lady is young with kids and this apartment complex has done nothing to help her..she had to take down her smoke defector because of so many roaches and it’s disgusting. The rental office manager is unprofessional and rude and need be fired immediately. Please do move here you will regret it.

Remodeled, better security, brightly Lite. Management is Awesome
