Sullivant Apartments

I'm staying here now just moved in. New management and they did a decent job cleaning. They're getting bad tenants out. It's getting a little quiet I'm super surprised. There are some bugs but if you stay clean we can get rid of them. Work needs to be done but I'm going to do my part to uplift this apartment because it has great potential with the right tenants and management working together

I've had a great experience with staff so far. Everyone has been friendly to me. I love the location and the private entry. Am 5 mins away from my job and family.

This has been one of my favorite apartment complexes I've ever stayed in. It's very easily accessible to the highways and it's close to grocery shops and restaurants, while still being tucked back far enough to be quiet. Most importantly, the whole staff is friendly and communicative.

Don't fall asleep with a vape in your bed while you have an active warrant or on probation. Otherwise, beautiful.
