If I could give them zero stars, I would. The people in the office are rude and disrespectful. I could tell they didn't want to answer any of our questions this morning. My parents thankfully found a place to rent! And I'm so happy it's not from Sulcer Rentals 😀

Completely infested with roaches and bed bugs. Maintenance are nice and do a decent job. Plus half of the buildings been vacant for years.

I’m a police officer and a nurse . Have great credit and background clean . Still did not get approved. DON’T WASTE YOUR $30 for application fee you will not get it back . Even lady at front desk said , we also do month to month to lease a LIE !!!!!!!!
