I was thankful to work alongside Jessica Bauer. Dealing with most HOA's have been proven to be a nightmare for approval. She did not disappoint. Very professional, assisted in a timely manner, & highly efficient. The company has a great assest on their side. Good help is hard to find these days.

Very poor service levels with little to no respect for homeowners. They do the very minimum to make sure they can reach a homeowner and they don’t even look in their own system to see if they have a phone number or an email address. Quick to hire their attorney so they won’t have to dig into any details. They must get paid too much if they can be so quick to engage their attorneys. I would NOT recommend using them for anything!!

Our building was closed for a year and yet the offered no relief addressing our $600+ HOA dues. The current rep. for the Beach Villas is terrible. Sought some help with Comcast and the rep. spewed false information. How many services are more customer unfriendly than Comcast. Says it all.

Don’t try calling this place for help with any issues ! You will be greeted by automated messages that lead no where, and if they do call back, they’ll make you feel like you’re a burden for asking for help. I was in mid conversation when the lady who I was talking to hung up the call! Unbelievable!

As managers of our condo association I must say they're doing a great job. Our contact, Sue Sykes is to be commended on her selfless performance.
