Bro this place sucks 😂 we haven’t had hot water or heat in 48 hrs and the management won’t even respond to updates. We literally could smell gas everywhere in the apartment for days before they even did something. Mind you. The solution was turning off the gas for the weekend and waiting until Monday.Also the steam pipe system is so neglected it sounds like a shootout everyday. It’s dirty as heck and management sucks sooooooo bad. I put in a maintenance request, they came, when I wasn’t home, without telling me, even though I told them I didn’t want anybody in my house when I wasn’t there. To make matters even better they didn’t even fix the problem because they misread the ticket and then I rescheduled, and they never came back. Everything abt this place sucks. I’ve lived here for about a year and a half, and unfortunately, it’s been nothing but ongoing issues. Since moving in, I’ve dealt with termites, roaches, and now bed bugs. The lack of proper pest control is just one of many problems. Management makes a lot of promises but rarely follows through. They said we’d get parking passes months ago—never happened. They said they’d change the locks on the mailboxes so we could actually access our mail—still nothing. They say a lot, but deliver very little. To make things worse, after your first year, they’ll raise your rent, even if none of these issues have been resolved. If you’re looking for a place where you’re actually taken care of, I highly recommend looking elsewhere.

My daughter attempted to move in. The unit she was given was filthy. Trash behind oven, dried urine on toilet, bugs EVERYWHERE, no screen in windows. The attached photo shows what was found in a kitchen drawer (ant traps). Do not think of renting here. It is not safe. Mold, weed, and bugs all live here. The mgmt company should be shut down. They are nothing but slum lords.

Terrible management (most of our clothes were stolen out of the dryer in the laundry room and management hasn't even acknowledged us about it, and we lost total electricity in just our apartment, took three days for him to get a tripped breaker fixed.) Dirty (place smells like cigarettes and there is possibly dried blood that's been on 2 sets of staircases for months.) Terrible neighbors (2 loads of our clothes were stolen by other residents, constantly hearing screaming and fighting.) Price per month constantly being changed. Whatever you do, DON'T move into this place. Wish somebody would've warned us.

Cheap & Decent: Got the place for the price only! Poor management communication, put together maintenance "landlord special" (everything painted over including outlets), cockroaches all over (and I vacume and clean on a daily)
