Sugarmont Apartments and Townhomes

I have lived at Sugarmont for just under three years now and my husband has lived here since the building opened in 2021. We have loved our time here so far and are planning to stay for at least another year. The apartments here are very well done and thoughtfully laid out. The apartments have gorgeous large windows and most of the units have a beautiful view. The amenities are great and always clean. The management is extremely helpful and always very responsive. Maintneance requests are fulfilled super quickly as well. With the construction finally finished in Sugarhouse, you can't beat the location. Sugarmont is within walking distance from countless bars, restaurants, and shops - and new things seem to be opening every day!

I’ve lived at Sugarmont for just about a year now, and I can honestly say it’s been one of the better community living experiences I’ve had. The location in the heart of Sugarhouse is hard to beat — walkable, vibrant, and still comfortable to come home to. The building is consistently well maintained, and the staff has always been responsive and supportive whenever I’ve needed anything. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally. The amenities are excellent. While it may not have every flashy feature that some of the newer buildings offer, the gym absolutely gets the job done, and the pool deck and courtyard spaces add a really elevated feel to the property. I attended the Fall into Design Expo at The Residences at Sugar Alley, and I was so impressed. The community is stunning — modern, inviting, and full of great energy. The rooftop views are amazing, and the amenities are beautiful and well thought out. Clark and Heather were so warm and welcoming, and you can tell how much care went into every detail. Sugar Alley truly feels like a place designed to inspire and connect.

Great apartment and location in the heart of sugar house! The apartments are spacious and quiet. Everyone is super friendly and so are their dogs! There are great amenities including a CoWork, pool, hot tub, gym, and dog washing station. The leasing office people are awesome and super helpful with packages and any inquires! The areas has a ton of restaurants, bars, workout classes, and grocery stores within walking distance. Highly recommend!

Thank you, Sugarmont Apartments. This past year went by incredibly fast, almost like it never happened, but I truly enjoyed the work-live environment. The location near Sugarhouse Park and all the great places to walk around downtown was a major highlight. My apartment was comfortable and well-suited to my needs, and the staff was always friendly, responsive, and attentive. I appreciate the warm and enjoyable experience you provided. I will genuinely miss Sugarhouse and the entire Sugarmont community.
