I can in to get some help with my lease yesterday and ended up watching quite the display. The office was full of people and Yasmeen was the only leasing staff there. An Indian family came in and were extremely rude to her due to having to wait to be serviced. She had people in front of her, so she was unable to drop everything to accommodate them. Despite the family being rude to not only Yasmeen but to the other customers in the office, Yasmeen remained professional. This really showed me that Sugar Mill did a great job hiring her. She remains professional and kind despite putting up with unpleasant people. The office staff and maintenance has always been pleasant, so as a long time resident, I recommend this place 100%

I have been a resident for over 6 years. I have never been late or missed a lease payment. Recently in making a payment (on time of course) i mistakenly selected the incorrect bank to make the payment from. The portal is not so user friendly and it's very easy for this to happen if you have more than one bank. Both are shown even when you select the one to be used. I am 74 years old with multiple visual issues. I work 40 hours a week to insure that I am able to meet all of my financial obligations on time. IRT Management would not waive the $100 late fee after me appealing directly to them and explaining the situation and also the management here on the property. The leasing office staff has been incredibly helpful and professional. They were responsive to my questions, made the application process smooth. Maintenance requests were handled promptly, and the office always feels welcoming. Overall, a great experience living here.

I went in for a tour, and Yasmeen was delightful. She is honest, kind, and very respectful. She told me everything I needed to know, and guided me through paperwork.. she needs a raise! Seriously!
