Terrible experiences with maintenance requests. Issues go weeks without being resolve. Resident doesn't receive any call or follow-up. Keep submitting a request then going to the office to follow-up. Not given a timeframe.for repair nor updates. Submitted a repeated request for electrical issue. Maintenance said resolved and they did not fix the issue with the outlet. It's really disappointing

As a 19-year-old moving into my very first apartment, I expected some challenges — but nothing like what I’ve gone through here. From the application process to move-in day, and now six months later, this experience has been exhausting and disappointing. Move-in day was an absolute disaster. The morning I was supposed to get my keys and start unpacking, I was told last minute that another tenant had been given my keys “by mistake” due to “miscommunication.” My car was packed, my dad was with me, and we were ready to move — but the person who was supposed to assist me in the office had already left for the day, leaving someone else in charge who clearly had no idea what was going on. I really tried to like it here but maintenance is terrible! I have been putting in maintenance requests about my air conditioner not working since July and it is August! They keep marking my requests as complete when nothing is fixed! When you call them, they lie to you to get you to back off of them. Maintenance showed up one time at 6:00 am without calling me. I got woken up out of my sleep by the maintenance man drilling my door knob off because he said they lost the copy of my key. All he did was changed the air filter and didn't stay to make sure it was fixed. I'm fed up because it is too hot not to have working air, they don't know what kind of conditions people have! Mya was a great guide and she answered all our questions we had definitely recommend them. When you are made feel welcome on a tour, it makes you feel like you wanna live there for sure. Definitely had me and my husband sold.

This new maintenance crew (Mr. Jason & his Mgr) are phenomenal!!! Please hire more personnel to attend to the tenants waiting....thanks for all y'all do!!!
