Apartments are new, location is great, neighbors are great! Overall everything about the apartments are good and any work orders are fixed/tended to pretty quick. Our complex is managed by Skyblue however the only issue is the front gate has not been functioning for over 8 months. There has been no solution to this and these apartments were advertised as a gated community. This is the only reason i did not give it a 5 star rating. Other than that the apartment is great and comfortable. If you are okay without a gate working then go for it but if it’s a deal breaker look for a different gated complex.
