I first met Sue Lefebvre when I was purchasing a home in Wilbraham, MA, where she was the seller's agent. Even though she wasn’t representing me at the time, she ended up being more helpful than my own buying agent. From recommending better insurance options and lawn care services to helping me find a temporary place to stay before closing—all while I was commuting back and forth from Canada—Sue went above and beyond. Three years later, when it was time to sell our home, I reached out to multiple realtors to ask about the new commission rules in Massachusetts. Sue’s response stood out immediately. It was thoughtful, informative, and refreshingly non-pushy. After speaking with her and inviting her to see the property, I knew she was the right person to represent us as our listing agent. S

Sue is hands down the only realtor I would consider working with. She is professional, reliable, is very clearly an expert, and was a pleasure to work with. In what's honestly not a great housing market, she was the one to find and secure an excellent home for us, and at a very good price. Sue went out of her way to not only help us find the house that was right for us, but to make sure the deal went down smoothly. She clearly cared about finding us the right home, not just any home. She made the process much easier than I had anticipated, promptly answered all the questions we had, and was as effective as a real-estate agent could get. If I ever need a realtor again, I would 100% go with Sue (although, given her success at finding us a great home, it's doubtful I'll have the need).

Sue Lefebvre did an exceptional job for my elderly sister in selling the home she had lived in her entire married life. She was sensitive and caring in her dealings with my sister who had never sold a home before. She was also patient and informative with extended family members who were assisting my sister. I have been a NC Real Estate Broker for 25 years and was trying to assist my sister in the process from 1000 miles away. Sue was knowledgeable, informative, detailed and quick to respond. It was a smooth process from start to finish and my sister's property was under contract in days after multiple offers and above asking price. Sue competently assisted her every step of the way! Sue came highly recommended to me from a friend of mine, and it did not take long at all to realize why! Her professionalism, responsiveness, and knowledge of real estate processes are at the highest level. It is evident that she is passionate about this line of work, and truly cares about the people side of the transaction. Whenever I had a question, Sue was always available to answer it for me, even during the pandemic when I bought my home. She has a tremendous amount of agility, always able to shift things around on the fly to meet her clients' needs. I would recommend Sue to anyone I know, and to anyone I do not know for that matter!

Where to begin in my reccommendation of Sue.! I cannot praise her highly enough. She took on a very difficult situation with me being dumped by my partner in Florida after 16 years, I was in shock and ,I'm sure, irrational in many of my dealings with her. So everything was done long distance. Sue was my legs and went above and beyond what most realtors would have done She was very responsive to all my concerns and responded very quickly which is not always the case with realtors. At this point I should mention I was not looking at high end houses, so Sue's commission was not going to be all that high, but I was treated as if I was a millionaire.
