As a professional realtor, he failed to keep his verbal promises to secure my vacant property. There are too many disgusting issues I experienced while under a listing contract with him. When I surprised him with an unannounced visit to my property and saw all of my perimeter and interior gates as well as all the blinds and drapes in the house OPENED FULLY, I asked him, "Who opened everything?" He responded, "Not me." Did he know who did? Nope!!! No record of entered my property? Nope!!! And the beat goes on with many other infractions.
