I have been so grateful to have found the perfect house to rent with the most caring and responsive staff at Suburban Realty. Living at my current residence for 2 and a half years, the issues have been few and far between, but when they occur (replacing a hot water heater), Suburban and their subcontractors have responded very quickly and made sure that any problems were resolved to the owner's and my satisfaction. I make it a point to pay rent in person every month. The gals in the office are always so welcoming, cheerful and helpful. Especially Jackie - going above and beyond consistently. These guys are some of my favorite people. Suburban Realty does an amazing job taking care of the rentals that I have. I am out of town quite a bit and it is really nice not to have to worry about anything with my properties. I have been with these guys so long I can’t even recall not using their services! They collect the rents, show the available rentals and take care of all the paperwork. Get the repairs or improvements taken care of. Getting cleaners, painters and handyman services they take care of it all!
